VERY BEAUTIFUL contemporary T3 of 70m2 with all the comfort desired for spending a wonderful holiday on the pool with family or friends.
Composed of an entrance (plenty of storage space), a living room (TV/WIFI) with an open kitchen (high-end equipment) and dining area of 35m2 on terrace (complete furniture/plancha/awning) facing north-east, a bedroom ( sofa bed 140X190cm/TV/storage) on terrace, a second bedroom (bed 140X190cm/storage) on terrace, a bathroom (2 sinks/Italian shower/washing machine) and separate WC.
Parking = Box. Bicycle storage. During the summer period, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the collective bicycle room.
Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency, [hidden] 1 pack of 140 sheets + towels = €42 per week.
