The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, a freezer, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker and a four-burner induction hob. Separated from the living room by a worktop, it communicates with the dining room and the living room, furnished with armchairs, TV and a 120 cm convertible sofa, all opening onto a pleasant terrace facing west. A corridor then leads to a cabin, a windowless space equipped with an 80 cm bed, a washing machine, a dryer and plenty of storage space. Further on, a bathroom with a towel dryer, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, offering direct access to a second balcony also facing west. The two balconies, furnished with outdoor furniture, offer a clear view of a green setting without any vis-à-vis. The one in the living room is also equipped with an awning, ideal for enjoying the space while protecting yourself from the sun. The apartment is very well equipped and benefits from a privileged location: the beach is accessible in less than 300 meters, and the first shops (pharmacy, bakery, newsagent/tobacco shop) are 550 meters away.
