Description of the accommodation

In the wooded and quiet Abatilles district, large Landaise style house, approximately 100 m², four bedrooms, a beautiful covered terrace and barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends. It is surrounded by a large enclosed plot of land.
You can park a car in the garden.
Its living room with its lounge area, TV and WIFI and its dining area, opens directly onto the terrace.
Its separate, fully equipped kitchen with stove (oven and hotplates), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Senseo and microwave.
It is made up of two bedrooms, each with a large 140 cm bed which offers sleeping space for two people and their wardrobe. A large bathroom. A third bedroom with two 90cm beds and its wardrobe. A bathroom with WC. And a final "dormitory" bedroom, ideal for children, with two bunk beds offering four beds in 90 and its wardrobe. A separate toilet. A travel cot and a baby high chair are available.
Our animal friends are welcome.
You are halfway between the city center of Arcachon and the Moulleau district. The closest beach is Pereire or Les Arbousiers where you can organize your picnics or swimming with your family. Le Moulleau will be ideal for a drink at sunset.
