A few steps from the city center, the train station and the main beach of Arcachon, small house T3 of about 60 m², you can park in the dead end in front of the house.
You enter through the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Senseo.
Its living room with TV, WIFI and its small dining area.
A first bathroom with WC. A room for children with a bunk bed which offers you two beds in 90 (+ 1 trundle bed for an additional extra bed) and desk. And in a row from this one, a master bedroom with a 160 bed for two people and its bathroom with WC.
A laundry room outside with washing machine (to share with your neighbour). There is a common courtyard also with her. For your outdoor meals, your garden furniture is on the side of the impasse.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Sheets: €22 for a double bed for one week, bath kit: €13 for one person and one week. Baby chair / cot: €10 / week.
