LAKE- The flat has a 25m² surface area on the first floor of a building with a lift and is fitted for 2 people (possibility of an extra bed for a child), consists in : -a living room with a separate double sofa-bed with a small fitted kitchen. This room bathes in sunlight thanks to a French window overlooking a little balcony, a storage chest of drawers and a dining area with chairs a table; -a bathroom with a washbasin, square of shower and toilet; -storage cupboard in the hallway.
