With its 3 bedrooms, you can stay up to 6 people and 1 baby (complete equipment). The 36m² living room offers an equipped kitchen and a lounge with TV and wifi internet.
The swimming pool (7mx3.5m) and the sauna (4/6 p) are shared with the owners. The space is so vast that the gîte has its own private spaces, not overlooked by the owners' spaces.
Shops and services are in the village of Ambrières les Vallées at 4.8km. From Ambrières you join the Vélo Francette, a cycle path starting from Ouistream to La Rochelle, following the towpath of the Mayenne, with 95% of the path on its own site (cycling-walking).
Nearby, several leisure bases: La Haie-Traversaine 9km away, in season, with inflatable structures, paddles, canoes, snacks... In Gorron, 15km away, the Colmont Leisure Park (mid March to mid November) offers course in the trees, giant zip lines, swin golf, foot golf, mountain bike and kayak rental, tennis as well as paint ball*, laser game* (*all year round, to be reserved).
Cities to discover: Mayenne and its castle, with a museum dedicated to board games; Lassay-les-Châteaux with its fortified castle built in the 15th century, an example of homogeneous and intact military architecture, numerous events from April to October. medieval castle; or Chailland, listed as a Small City of Character. On the garden side, visit at least: the Jardin des Renaudies (creator of flowers) in Colombiers du Plessis, and the Jardin de La Pellerine.
