WIFI connection. Electric heating (included in the rates). Private unfenced garden in enclosed property. Shared table tennis. On site: the owners' house housing 3 guest rooms. Owners' stable (outdoor arena, riding school, 13 boxes). Small ornamental pond on the property. Shared unheated swimming pool. POOL OPEN: from July 1st to September 30th. Included in the rates: heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Only one dog allowed (kept on a leash in the grounds), our feline friends are not accepted (dogs on site). Non-smoking cottage. Just 10 minutes from two of the Loire Valley's most prestigious châteaux, Amboise and Chenonceau, you'll be delighted. On the edge of the Amboise forest, your charming, modern, and bright gîte will be ideal for recharging your batteries in our region. Thanks to the property's small pond and swimming pool, there will be plenty of excuses to refresh yourself in the summer or enjoy some well-deserved moments of relaxation after your escapades in the fabulous châteaux that surround us. On site, Florine, the hostess, a professional rider, trains competition horses: a great spectacle that you might even be able to witness! The region is full of riches. Among them, our winemakers will be delighted to open their cellars or winery for a tasting of Loire wines from a renowned terroir. The Loire à Vélo cycle route, the Beauval Zoo, and the châteaux of Chaumont-sur-Loire, Loches, Chinon, Villandry, and Azay-le-Rideau will also delight you. A true delight!
