This spacious and modern apartment is located just outside the vibrant centre of the lovely coastal town of Alvor. The first floor apartment has a large living/dining room downstairs and two bedrooms with each their own bathroom upstairs. The terrace on the rear of the building overlooks a well landscaped garden with a large swimming pool. Alvor is a combination of a historic fishing village with a fully functional fish market and a vibrant coastal village with many restaurants, bars and lovely beaches. There are all kinds of activities for everybody. You can even go sky-diving from the small local airport. But those who seek their thrills a bit lower can take a boat trip along the stunning cliffs of the Algarve. Alvor is also locally renowned for its many Irish pubs. The beaches are considered to be amongst the nicest in the Algarve.

The uses of the air conditioning, cot and highchair, as well as the pool heating are optional and not included. The costs of the final cleaning are excluded.
