Large chalet in a peaceful cul de sac hamlet, at an altitude of 875 meters with panoramic views of the mountain ranges, 6 km from Allevard les Bains. Car essential for shopping (15 minutes) and accessing stations (30 minutes). Chalet adjoining the owners' house but completely independent. On the ground floor: large living room-kitchen-lounge with large windows opening onto the 55 m2 terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible for disabled people with integrated kitchen with numerous equipment, large bedroom opening onto terrace, bathroom with shower and WC. Access to the chalet with assistance for PRM. The 4 bedrooms can all be converted into a double bed for 2 people (190 x 200) or into two single beds and on request. Equipment for 1 baby. Upstairs (not accessible to disabled people): 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. On request possibility of overcapacity for a fee for 3 people. (For children: €30 per week and €15 per weekend and for adults: €15 /night/person)
