Its location on the outskirts very close to the city ponote, placed on a hillside formerly covered with vines, gives it a real asset with a view of the main monuments to visit: the statue of the Virgin of Puy-en-Velay, the Saint Michel rock d'Aiguilhe and the statue of Saint Joseph in Espaly-St-Marcel.

Nearby: Le Puy-en-Velay and its monuments listed as UNESCO Heritage, its festivals, its weekly market, its museums. Polignac castle, the 1st stage of the road to Santiago de Compostela, the ViaFluvia greenway. All shops and services.
A few kilometers away: The wild Gorges of the Loire, the Meygal volcanoes, the Lac du Bouchet. This independent house next to that of the owners has secure parking with a remote-controlled gate in a very quiet area.
On the first floor of the house, you have a completely renovated apartment, offering good-sized rooms. A corridor leads to an equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, three double bedrooms, a shower room and a WC.

The owners offer you the possibility of sheltering your motorcycles or bicycles, by providing one of their shelters.
