Description of the accommodation

This house for 9 people has a shared swimming pool and a secure private pond.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a lounge (sofas, TV, internet) and a dining room. On this same level, you will find a bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and its private bathroom. Independent WC with a hand basin. The house offers 3 bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with a private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 160x200cm bed and 1 bedroom with 3 90x200cm beds. Independent WC with a hand basin. From the living room you will access the garden where there are arranged in the shade of the lime tree: a table, chairs and a barbecue. The swimming pool (shared with the owners, 10.75X4.25 depth 1.20m, chlorine, entered by steps, secured by a fence) is open from May 15 to the end of September. (heated swimming pool)
Parking on site. Cleaning at end of stay 100€. Sheets are included, bathroom linen is not included and pool towels are not provided. The house benefits from a quiet location: "1 hectare" on a carefully maintained garden in which no-kill roach fishing is possible. The various local markets will allow you to discover the fine dishes of the Dordogne. Once comfortably settled, you will be keen to explore this magnificent region.
You will be only 13 minutes from the town of Brantôme called the Venice of Périgord, 17 km from Périgueux, rich in Gallo-Roman remains and a magnificent medieval old town. In the surrounding area, you can discover the castles of Bourdeilles, Mareuil, the Villars cave, the pretty village of Saint-Jean de Côle, the truffle ecomuseum, the Savignac cabins... As for activities: canoeing on the Dronne, tree climbing and educational farm. 1 hour from Bergerac, Montignac (Lascaux 4) or Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage.
