Rural House with 2 bedrooms, independent terrace and shared swimming pool on a 50,000 m² estate with views of Timanfaya National Park.

Casa Diama 1 is located in the heart of La Geria. Built on the ashes of the 18th-century eruption, it is a spectacular place to enjoy this marvellous environment.

Casa Diama is located in a beautiful valley, between the mountains of Diama and El Chupadero, at 450 metres above sea level, in the stunning and emblematic Protected Landscape of La Geria, an area for growing vines on volcanic ash. The 50,000 m² estate borders the Timanfaya National Park to the west and offers views of the sea and an extraordinary panorama of the volcanoes in a privileged natural area.

The accommodation is located on a 21,000 m² wine estate in the heart of La Geria.

Casa Diama 1 consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The first of these has a double marriage bed and a built-in wardrobe; the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms have windows to the outside.

The living-dining room features a masonry sofa, fireplace, and television. It is important to note that the house does not have Spanish channels. The space also includes a dining table for six diners and a sideboard. The kitchen is connected to the dining room by a red-edged arch and is fully equipped with an oven, 4-burner hob, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.

The house has a spacious solarium terrace, swimming pool, and sun loungers. The pool has beautiful views of the vineyards and is shared with another apartment.

Cot available upon request. All rooms have doors and windows facing the exterior.

One towel set per person is provided, along with pool towels and bed linen upon arrival.

Outside of guest booking periods, the property is monitored by Prosegur using motion sensors and external cameras.

In order to preserve the tranquillity and proper use of the accommodation, it is not permitted to hold parties or gatherings without prior authorisation from the managers. In the event that unauthorised events are organised, the corresponding measures will be applied, including the deduction of the deposit amount.
