The "MAR AZUL" complex consists of a seven-storey block with a lift, offering a landscaped common area, club and social premises, squash court, tennis court and paved area surrounding the swimming pool and children's pool.
It has optional covered parking. Located in the Northern area on Avda. Luis Santángel No. 60, just sixty-five metres from the fine sand of Xeraco beach. A very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.
Beautiful and spacious apartment with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a shower-toilet, and independent kitchen with access to a large upper terrace accessed by stairs. Comfortable living room with access to a large and secluded east-facing front terrace with views of the sea and landscaped common areas.
Ideal complex for spending fantastic family holidays, located in an area close to beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's leisure areas and less than 800 metres from the pharmacy, medical centre and tourist office.

PETS ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night)
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No.7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
