Description of the accommodation

Apartment Xeraco, 2 bedrooms, 4 persons - HISP-34-160

The CARIBE building is a tall construction with a LIFT of six heights, located in the CENTRE and commercial area of Xeraco beach. It offers a lovely swimming pool with a shallow area surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas. It has covered parking. It is just 40 metres from the sand. A very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.
Apartment with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, toilet-shower, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry and east-facing terrace fronting the sea with panoramic sea views. Also views of the swimming pool and common areas. The living-dining room has access to the terrace. Includes parking space.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary to cook and set the table. A pressure cooker, blender or electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
