Description of the accommodation

Apartment Xeraco, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - HISP-34-46

"BITÁCORA II" is a tall six-storey building with a lift, offering a squash court and a paved area surrounding the swimming pool and its children's pool. Located in the central area of Xeraco beach, at Poniente Square 2, just sixty-five metres from the fine sandy beach.

Beautiful and spacious fourth-floor apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower tray) and an independent kitchen with a gallery-laundry room. Comfortable living room with access to a large south-east facing terrace with sea views. Pets are allowed, maximum weight 12 kg. Includes a covered parking space.

The apartment is ideal for enjoying fantastic family holidays, located in an area close to beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's leisure areas and less than 300 metres from the pharmacy, medical centre and tourist office.

This apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. A pressure cooker, blender or electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Capacity for 6 people.
NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).
PETS ALLOWED with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (7€/ night).

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after the apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
