Come and discover our charming cottage located halfway between Nantes and the Côte de Jade (Pornic, St Brévin, Préfailles). This former presbytery, adjoining the owners' house, will charm you with the calm of its wooded garden (private space of 100 m² on the owners' enclosed plot of 3800 m²).
Carefully renovated in keeping with the heritage for this single-storey cottage: living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x200 bed) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, radio/CD, complete baby equipment, washer-dryer.
Included: electricity, oil central heating (between October and May inclusive), sheets and towels.
Not included: tourist tax.
Animal: supplement 5€/day (or flat rate of 30€ for a week and beyond - deposit 100€).
