This cottage offers you a stay in the heart of the medieval town of Vouvant, labeled Petite Cité de Caractère® and Plus Beaux Villages de France®. Close to the Pierre Brune park (7.7 km) and the Mervent forest (8 km), this accommodation will allow you to discover the riches of the South Vendée through the village of Foussais-Payré (9.2 km), without missing of course the visit of the Marais Poitevin Regional Natural Park (Green Venice 30 km). This house offers you, on the ground floor, a living room/kitchen (access by a step), a bedroom equipped with two 140 beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A wide, antique spiral staircase leads upstairs to a living room with exposed beams (height 1.50 m) equipped with a mini-pool table, a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll have access to a private terrace overlooking the owners' vegetable garden (garden furniture, barbecue), and access to part of the owners' grounds. You'll also benefit from a private parking space (2 cars) in front of the house.

The house is attached to the owners' home.
