In a pretty village in the heart of the vineyards, renowned for the elegance of its wines, this gîte is located above a winery on the 1st and 2nd floors. Kitchen. Large living room. 3 bedrooms, including 2 with two single beds and 1 with a single bed. Bathroom. 2 toilets. Central heating (heat pump). Large covered, glazed terrace on the 1st floor, enclosed grounds.
Parking for a small car is available in the owners' enclosed courtyard and on the village square, approximately 60 meters from the gîte. Bicycles are also available in the shed. Wi-Fi access is available.
Cycle route through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay. Beaune, beach side: 14,000 m² of beaches. The nearest shops are in Pommard, 1 km away through the vineyards, and Meursault, 2 km away.
Baby equipment: 2 baby cribs and 1 high chair are available in the gîte.
The owner accepts a maximum of 1 pet.
