Gite Vincelottes, 6 bedrooms, 15 persons - FR-1-819-1191

Nestled in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards and along the Nivernais Canal, this large Burgundian house, accommodating up to 15 people, is ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions. The main entrance, facing the river, opens onto a terrace perfect for relaxation.

On the first floor:
A large living area with exposed beams and stonework. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker opens onto the dining room and living room with its fireplace. There is also a toilet and a laundry room.

On the second floor:
A large games room equipped with an arcade machine, foosball table, children's games, and a dormitory with two single beds (90x190 cm).

Five bedrooms, including two with 160x200 cm beds, one with a 180x200 cm bed, and one with two 90x190 cm beds. A fourth bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the last bedroom, ideal for children, with a bunk bed (90x190 cm). Two shower rooms, one separate toilet.

Baby equipment available on request: high chair and travel cot.

Outside, a pétanque court awaits you next to the house, and the owners provide tables, benches, and a griddle for enjoying meals outdoors in a peaceful public space. There is an unfenced garden and a small terrace.

Several parking spaces are available in front of the gîte, as well as a courtyard for parking your vehicles. A garage is also available for a car, motorcycles, or bicycles. A large cellar is also included.

All shops are 500 meters from the gîte, and there are two restaurants in the village.

Close to Auxerre, Chablis, the Morvan Regional Natural Park, and Guédelon.
