with 900 m² of enclosed, wooded land is ideal for relaxing as a couple or family in the heart of Burgundy.
On the ground floor, you'll enter the house through a small veranda converted into a changing room, then access the large living area comprising the kitchen, living room, and lounge (with television and board games).
On this level, you'll find a first bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find the second bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a toilet.
You'll also find a recreation room with a library and table football, as well as an office area, ideal for working from home (free Wi-Fi access - fiber optic). From the outside, you can access the garage and laundry room.
Leaving the cottage, you can go for a walk or bike ride to discover the flora and fauna (countryside and woods).
The cottage is ideally located less than 30 minutes from the medieval construction site of Guédelon, the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Colette house, Lake Bourdon, and 35 minutes from Auxerre, a city of art and history.
