In a peaceful hamlet with breathtaking views of the Ouanne Valley, this detached house boasts a 900 m² enclosed and wooded garden. Ideal for a relaxing getaway as a couple or family in the heart of Burgundy.

On the ground floor, you enter the house through a small veranda converted into a cloakroom, leading to the large open-plan living area comprising the kitchen, dining room, and lounge (with television and board games).
On this level, you'll find a first bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

You'll also find a relaxation room with a library and foosball table, as well as a home office area, perfect for working from home (free Wi-Fi access - fiber optic). From the outside, you can access the garage and laundry room.

From the cottage, you can set off on foot or by bike to discover the local flora and fauna (countryside and woods).

It is ideally located less than 30 minutes from the Guédelon medieval construction site, the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Maison Colette, the Lac du Bourdon, and more… and 35 minutes from Auxerre, a city of art and history.

Accommodation is offered on an all-inclusive basis: beds made upon arrival, towels, kitchen linens, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. A reinforced socket (without cable) is available for charging your electric vehicle (charging cost extra).
