You'll be delighted by its brightness thanks to its orientation and its spacious terrace with sea views and a barbecue grill.

It comprises: an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a sofa bed for two and a TV.

A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave.

A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190 cm).

A shower room with toilet.

The living room table is movable and can be set up as a low or high table.

The coffee machine is a Nespresso pod machine.

Please note that linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and dish towels) are not provided.

Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of your stay. A final cleaning service is available for €60 (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

Please note that the elevator stops halfway up the stairs. There are a few steps to climb on the ground floor and at the elevator exit.
