In Berry, a stone's throw from the Château de Valençay, 15 minutes from the Beauval Zoo and 45 minutes from the Châteaux de la Loire, come and enjoy nature and a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with large terrace, available from 10 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] with 2 other gîtes and heated open from June 1 to September 15.
10 minutes from the lakes of Villentrois and Luçay-le-Mâle (swimming). On the ground floor: kitchen - relaxation entrance lounge - dining room/lounge (sofa, library and fireplace) - bathroom - toilet - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds).

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) - bathroom and toilet. Office and lounge area. Oil heating (fixed price of €18 per day), electric upstairs (billed on consumption).

End of stay cleaning included in the price.

Unfenced garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, table tennis). Terrace. 16 m swimming pool. Tennis court (rackets and balls not provided) and pond (300 meters) shared with other gîtes.
