In Berry, a stone's throw from Valençay Castle, 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo and 45 minutes from the Loire Valley châteaux, come and enjoy nature and a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with a large terrace, available from 10 am to 8 pm) with two other gîtes. The pool is heated and open from June 1st to September 15th.
The Villentrois and Luçay-le-Mâle lakes (swimming) are 10 minutes away. On the ground floor: kitchen - entrance lounge - dining/living room (sofa, bookcase, and fireplace) - bathroom - toilet - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) - bathroom and toilet. Office area and sitting room.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
Unfenced garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, table tennis). Terrace. Shared heated swimming pool (16 x 8 meters). Shared tennis court (rackets and balls not provided) and shared pond (300 meters away) shared with other gîtes.
WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY (Saturday to Saturday) FOR THE APRIL, ALL SAINTS', AND CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. Fuel oil heating package: €18 per day and electricity charged per consumption. Firewood (€80 per stere).
