Nestled at the crossroads of Berry, Touraine, and Sologne, 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo and Valençay Castle, this independent rental welcomes you to a verdant setting with a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with a large terrace, available from 10 am to 8 pm) shared with two other gîtes. The pool is heated and open from June 1st to September 15th.
Two lakes with swimming are just 5 minutes away. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove), kitchen, storage room, WC, bathroom, and one bedroom (one double bed).
Upstairs, there is a living room, three bedrooms (each with two double beds), a bathroom, and a WC.
Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and wood (80 euros per stere) are provided. The enclosed garden includes garden furniture, a deckchair, and a barbecue.
A private garage is available for bicycles and/or motorcycles.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
Tennis court and pond (300 meters away) shared with other cottages (rackets and balls not provided).
