On the grounds of a former tuffeau quarry, three gîtes are nestled in northern Berry, a region ideally located near the majestic Loire Valley châteaux. Just 12 km from the renowned Beauval Zoo and a stone's throw from the magnificent Château de Valençay, this collection of accommodations offers an unforgettable experience. Imagine relaxing in your own private jacuzzi for six people, where you can unwind and recharge after a day of adventures. A shared ping-pong table and pétanque court are available for those who wish to continue the sporting side of their stay.

For sports enthusiasts, our rugby and football pitches and the 9 x 5 m heated swimming pool, open from April to October, invite you to enjoy lively moments with family or friends. With its picturesque setting and ideal location for exploring historical treasures, our air-conditioned holiday rental is the perfect starting point for creating lasting memories.

Bonus: heating and electricity are included in the price. Accommodation 1 for 13 people: Ground floor: a large entrance hall with a sitting area (sofa bed for 1 person), a lovely living room with a sofa and a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a spa room, 2 separate toilets, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and an open-plan shower room/private toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room (4 double beds and 2 single beds), and a private toilet. Outside: 2 lovely terraces, a griddle, sun loungers, a large shared garden, and parking within the property.

Accommodation 2 for 6 people: Ground floor: a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a shower room, and a private toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and one of them has a cot and a changing table.

Accommodation 3 for 10 people: On the ground floor, there is a living room (with a sofa bed), a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a separate toilet, a lounge leading to a bedroom, and upstairs, a bedroom with a sofa bed, a shower, and washbasins. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm), and a cot. There is also a separate toilet.

Outside, there is a private terrace and a heated swimming pool, open from April to October, sheltered by a dome, and a fully equipped patio for relaxing and socializing. On the property, you have access to a rugby pitch, a football pitch, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table.
