Le Nid du Marais is a renovated farmhouse located near the owners' house, in a quiet setting on the edge of the marsh and 12 km from the beaches.

It features a private 150 m² terrace and garden facing southeast.

Parking is available on the property.

The ground floor comprises a kitchenette opening onto a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), one bedroom (160x200 cm bed), and an adjoining shower room/WC (doorway height 1.67 m).

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, cot/high chair upon request, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Included: electricity (excluding electric car charging), electric heating, and bed linen (beds made).
