You will have a spacious equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with table football, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, laundry room, dressing room, toilet. Outside, you will have a garage with ping-pong table, two small courtyards not overlooked and an enclosed plot (gravel courtyard, lawn in progress, parking). Included: sheets, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning. In addition: heating (gas), electricity, dogs (10€/day). All shops and amenities on site. Possibility to rent the adjoining cottage allowing the accommodation of 4 additional people. Rental of children's, teenagers', adults' bikes and child seats by reservation with the owners (5€/day/person) and ride with César the owner's donkey. SPA available from June to August. Shared heated swimming pool open from May to September located 450 m away (access from 9 [hidden] to 11:30 [hidden] and from 2:30 [hidden] to 6 [hidden] - closed on Sunday mornings - swimsuit required). 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from Sézanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Single-storey house with enclosed land adjoining another gite, located next to the owner's farm (farm vehicles pass through during the working season). TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power station 15 km away, Provins and its medieval town, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, Large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winegrowers; you can book a tour of our plots with a picnic lunch, a tour of our winery, and a tasting of our champagne. Reservations for our reception room (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 6 cottages). Tapas evenings in our reception room upon reservation. Late August-early September: you can take a trip to listen to the deer roar.
