Gite Villemurlin, 2 bedrooms, 4 persons - FR-1-590-549

Located in the Sologne region, this cozy cottage is ideal for a nature getaway, hiking, or cycling. Villemurlin has a communal pond where you can fish (pike and carp are stocked on-site). Numerous attractions are nearby: Sully-sur-Loire and its castle (10 km), Lamotte-Beuvron (25 km), Gien and its famous pottery (25 km), Briare and its canal (35 km), the Château de la Bussière (40 km), and Orléans (45 km). The castles of the Loir-et-Cher region (Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, etc.) are within an hour's drive. The single-story cottage comprises a living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and lounge area with a pellet stove; two bedrooms (one with a 180x200 cm bed and the other with a 140x190 cm bed), each with its own private shower room; and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll have a private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days.
Heating, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption – one bag of wood pellets per day is provided free of charge. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day available (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
