In the historic heart of Ville-au-Val, opposite the church and the castle, this ground-floor apartment is located in a contemporary house.
Ville-au-Val is a small village (population 190) situated 10 minutes from the A31 motorway, providing easy access to Nancy (Place Stanislas, numerous museums), Toul (cathedral, Côtes de Toul vineyards), and Metz (cathedral, Centre Pompidou) in 30 minutes.
Pont-à-Mousson (Prémontré Abbey, Au fil du papier museum, swimming pool, lake with swimming area) is 10 km away.
Marked hiking trails (Circuit de la Colline) start right in front of the property. The apartment is on one level and has a private entrance.

It comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a sofa and a single bed, a bedroom (one double bed 140x200 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. An extra bed for one person is available upon request for an additional €20 per week.

The price includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made upon arrival), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.

A small terrace with garden furniture and a parasol is located in front of the cottage.

Public parking is available opposite the cottage.
Upon request, bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the owners' garage.
