In a hamlet of Villard-sur-Doron called Les Perrières, facing south, accessible by a small paved road, this chalet is central in Beaufortain. It is located at the crossroads of the Beaufortain villages (Villard, Queige, Hauteluce, Beaufort). In winter you are at the crossroads of the 3 ski areas of Beaufortain: Arêches-Beaufort, Les Saisies, Hauteluce Les Contamines and also a few steps from the Nordic area of Marcôt.
In summer, departure for hikes to Bisanne, near the Transbeaufortaine multisports route, mountain bike circuits, Marcôt leisure center, Aquapark and tree climbing, games for children in Villard, etc.)

Vestibule entrance opening onto a corridor leading to:
- 2 spacious bedrooms, comfortable 160x200 bedding,
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and sink,
- 1 television room
Then you access by a winding staircase with lighted steps to a very large living room with a high ceiling with exposed framework in gilded wood composed of:
- 1 central island and 1 kitchen open to:
- 1 dining area
- 1 living room
All very bright.
You access through 2 large bay windows to a large sheltered balcony bathed in sunlight (garden furniture with table and chairs). At the end of the balcony a grassy terrace, with a charcoal barbecue.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction plates and a plancha, an electric oven and a microwave oven; Mid-height dishwasher, raclette and fondue sets.
On one level with the living space, you have access to 2 other bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed, comfortable bedding (bed linen included), the other bedroom is a master bedroom, with a 200x200 bed, dressing room and a very comfortable bathroom with bathtub, beautiful walk-in shower and double washbasin.
Heating by a heat pump. Outdoor parking space. 10 mins walk from the village of Villard, 5min. drive from a supermarket and petrol pump. Storage cupboards in each bedroom.
Winter charges in addition: 90€/ week
A few neighbors but very quiet, wooded area. A few minutes from the main access to Albertville / Beaufort / Les Saisies. Supermarket 5 minutes by car.
In winter it is possible to park downstream or upstream of the chalet at around 100m. Plan to walk 100m to access the chalet
