Charming Morvan-style house with beautiful views of the Morvan hills. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV (with USB port), a stereo system, and a wood-burning stove; a bedroom (one double bed 140x190cm); a bathroom (with bathtub); and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs, there is a large mezzanine with a relaxation area (double sofa bed and TV), one bedroom (one double bed 140x190cm), and one bedroom (two single bunk beds 90cm and a cot). There is also a shower room and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Outside, there are terraces with a wooden picnic table, garden furniture, and a swing. The garden is enclosed by a hedge but not fenced. A ping-pong table is available under a shelter. There is also a covered area for motorcycles and bicycles. A maximum of two pets are allowed.

Excellent 4G mobile network coverage is available. Guests have free access to the swimming pool at the Villapourçon campsite upon presentation of the rental agreement. Ideal for your nature getaway (hiking trails on site, 20 km from the Canal du Nivernais and its greenway cycle path) and cultural excursion: 10 km from Bibracte, a Gallo-Roman archaeological site listed as a Grand Site de France; 13 km from Moulins-Engilbert (cattle market and gastronomy); 12 km from St-Honoré-les-Bains (thermal park and casino); and 22 km from Château-Chinon (museums).
