Located in Berry, close to the Creuse department, this old farmhouse is perfect for lovers of the countryside, tranquility, and wide open spaces surrounded by fields.
You can fish in our private pond 200 meters from the house, swim in the private 8 x 4 meter unheated pool (fenced and secured by an alarm), and the children will love the farmyard. The house is adjoining the owners' house, with a ground floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, dining room, entrance hall, and WC.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom/WC: "Lilas" Room (1 king-size bed or 2 single beds + 2 single beds), "Coquelicot" Room (1 king-size bed or 2 single beds), "Capucine" Room (1 king-size bed or 2 single beds), and "Lavande" Room (1 king-size bed or 2 single beds + 1 single bed).
Large garden with garden furniture, sandpit, slide, swing set, table tennis, pétanque court, and a private 8 x 4 meter unheated swimming pool (fenced and secured by an alarm).
Private parking and separate entrance.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
