In the immediate vicinity of Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, this recently built and spacious detached house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor: a large living room with dining area, lounge, and fireplace. It opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and another bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm). A shower room and separate WC are also located on this floor, as well as a laundry room. Upstairs: there is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (90cm). A bathroom and a second separate WC complete this level.

The property offers parking with several spaces. There is a large terrace and a 100m² enclosed garden. The owners are farmers living nearby.

The price is all-inclusive (except for tourist tax): bed linen, towels, final cleaning, gas heating, and electricity. A cot and high chair are available.
