Le Pré du Chausson, in Burgundy, between Auxerre and Dijon, is located in a quiet and picturesque village at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Park. This old house has been renovated in the traditional local style with exposed stone interior walls, beamed ceilings, half-timbering, and original floor tiles. It offers all modern comforts.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dining room, living room with a wood-burning stove opening onto a large terrace, laundry room, and toilet.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed and a single bed. The second with two single beds and a cot. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Electric heating.

Private enclosed parking, courtyard, and garden. 2 grassy terraces. Pets are not allowed.

Panoramic view of the wooded hills of the Morvan and the Serein Valley, facing south. 1,000 m² of land. Ping-pong table. Châteaux of Époisses, Vauban, Fontenay Abbeys, La Pierre-qui-Vire, listed villages of Vézelay, Noyers-sur-Serein, Flavigny, Semur-en-Auxois, Avallon, Saulieu.

Charges and supplements: Bed linen: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €60. Towels: €5 per person per stay. Heating and electricity (8 kWh included/day). Wood for the stove is available.
