Description of the accommodation

5 minutes from the castle of Valençay, 30 minutes from the ZooParc de Beauval, close to the castles of the Loire, Sologne and the Regional Natural Park of Brenne, the gîte de Sermoise is located in the heart of France at 2h30 South of Paris, in a calm and green setting.

This Berrichonne farmhouse can accommodate 12 people to meet with family or friends. In a wooded and flowery plot of 3500 m² with covered terrace, you will find at your disposal: climbing frames (swings, slide), basketball hoop, ping-pong table, pétanque court, brick barbecue, garden furniture , deck chairs. On the ground floor: entrance - fitted kitchen - living room/dining room (TV, fireplace with insert) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 toddler bed) - separate wc - shower room.
