Just 2.5 hours south of Paris, in a peaceful and green setting, come and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends.

This charming Berry gîte, surrounded by 3,500 m² of wooded and flowery grounds, is the perfect place for your get-togethers. Enjoy a covered terrace and a large outdoor area with amenities for all ages: climbing frames (swings, slide), basketball hoop, ping-pong table, pétanque court, brick barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Gîte layout:
• Ground floor: entrance hall, equipped kitchen, living/dining room (TV, fireplace with insert), 1 bedroom (double bed + crib), separate toilet, shower room.
• Upper floor: landing with reading corner, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds + crib), 1 bedroom (4 single beds, TV), separate toilet, shower room.

On the A71, exit towards Vierzon. Cross Vatan, Guilly then Rouvres-les-Bois. Leave Rouvres-les-Bois towards Valençay. Before entering Valençay, turn left at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m.
On the A20:
a) Exit towards Vatan. Cross Vatan, Guilly then Rouvres-les-Bois.
b) Exit towards Issoudun. Cross Levroux.
