Just 2.5 hours south of Paris, in a peaceful and verdant setting, come and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends.

This charming Berry-style gîte, surrounded by 3,500 m² of wooded and flower-filled grounds, is the perfect place for your get-together. Enjoy a covered terrace and a large outdoor area with equipment for all ages: swings, a slide, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, a brick barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Cottage layout:
• Ground floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room (TV, fireplace with insert), 1 bedroom (double bed + cot), separate WC, shower room.
• First floor: landing with reading area, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds + cot), 1 bedroom (4 single beds, TV), separate WC, shower room.

On the A85, exit towards Selles-sur-Cher. Cross Selles-sur-Cher, La Vernelle, Fontguenand then Valençay. Leave Valençay in the direction of Châteauroux. Pass the fixed radar on your left. After 1 km, take the first road on the right at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m.
On the A71, exit towards Vierzon. Cross Vatan, Guilly then Rouvres-les-Bois. Leave Rouvres-les-Bois towards Valençay. Before entering Valençay, turn left at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m.
On the A20:
a) Exit towards Vatan. Cross Vatan, Guilly then Rouvres-les-Bois.
b) Exit towards Issoudun. Cross Levroux.
Exit Rouvres-les-Bois (a) or Levroux (b) towards Valençay. Before entering Valençay, turn left at the "Sermoise" sign (Gîtes de France sign). The gîte is the first house on the left, 300 m.
