Ideally located in a listed building that was, during the Belle Époque, a prestigious hotel, this 58 m² apartment is an elegant and extremely comfortable universe.
It is composed of a living room with a fully equipped and integrated kitchen (Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.) and a spacious and quiet bedroom (1 180 bed convertible into 90x 200). The bathroom is in the Art Deco style with a walk-in shower and high-end bathroom linen that will be changed every 4 days.
THE ADVANTAGES OF THE GITE: sheets, bathroom linen and household linen provided, heating included. Cleaning once a week and end of stay also included. Welcome breakfast basket and basic groceries on site.
