Enclosed 300 m² garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Garage. Ping-pong table, swing set. Maximum 1 pet allowed with mandatory cleaning fee of €70. 3 parking spaces (large enclosed courtyard).

This holiday cottage is close to the Burgundy Canal (fishing and walks), near the castles of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc, and Maulnes, the medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein, Pontigny Abbey, and the vineyards of Chablis and Epineuil. Also worth discovering is the Guédelon medieval construction site.

The cottage must not exceed 7 people (adults, children, and babies included). Business trips: maximum 5 employees.
