Near the Crémant Route and the Champagne vineyards, this former 1850s schoolhouse, built with exposed stone, has been completely renovated and is located in the heart of the Champagne-Burgundy National Park. On the raised ground floor: a lovely 50 m² living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge, ideal for family and friends gatherings. Two bedrooms with two 80x200cm twin beds and one bedroom with a 140cm bed. Shower room and separate toilet.

Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160cm bed and an adjoining shower room. A bedroom with two 80x200cm twin beds and a bedroom with a trundle bed made up of two 90cm twin beds. Shower room and separate toilet. Games room.

Gated parking in the courtyard in front of the house (150 m²). A 175 m² enclosed garden and terrace at the rear, also with a garden shed, is also available. Pets are not allowed.

Gîte located next to the village school (26 students - Zone A holidays).
