Description of the accommodation

Le Pressoir is an adjoining village gite, located a stone's throw from the river and the Sèvre park (restaurants 150 m away) and 10 km from Nantes. Free public parking next to the gîte. Small outdoor space accessible from the 1st floor of the house.
Access to the gite by 2 steps. Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room/living room with sofa bed (140x200) and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (140x200 bed) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, cot/baby chair on request.
Included: electricity, electric heating and sheets.
Not included: bathroom linen and tourist tax.
