Ground floor: large living room, lounge with fireplace (free wood) and sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 double bed), bathroom, optional infrared sauna for adults and children/light therapy (€50/week and €25/weekend), toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed with cot, 1 double bed).
The main attraction of this cottage is the huge games room (50 m²) upstairs for adults and children (pool table, ping pong, foosball, TV, Wii, board games). 1 additional double sofa bed (140/190 cm).
Enclosed shelter, private enclosed garden with terrace (barbecue) equipped for children (swing, slide).
Its ideal location will allow you to discover Burgundy. Certified "bike-friendly". Gite 89G594 is available for rent (4 people).
Pet supplement: €5/day/pet + mandatory cleaning fee of €58 (maximum 2 pets).
Heating included. CHARGES AND OPTIONS: Bed linen rental: double bed: €14 - Towels: €5/person. End-of-stay cleaning: €58. Electricity is extra for those using more than 8 kWh per day.
