Gite Vermenton, 1 bedroom, 2 persons - FR-1-819-1014

Ideal for a wine and history getaway, we welcome you to our fully renovated gîte, "Le Coutat," located in Val Saint Martin, a verdant and peaceful hamlet in Vermenton. This gîte is perfect for a tourist break in the heart of Burgundy, near Chablis, Auxerre, Vézelay, Avallon, and Noyers, offering a wine and history experience. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a sofa bed. There is a separate WC. On the first floor, you'll find a large bedroom (one double bed) with an en-suite shower room and a separate WC. Parking is available in the courtyard.

To save you from overpacking, bed linen and towels are provided. Our gîte is also equipped with a television and fiber optic internet. Only one pet is allowed. A cleaning fee of €40 applies.

Electric heating is included.

Optional services are available for an additional fee, payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:
