This single-story house with a basement offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a dining area, a lounge area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people (supplement of €15/person/day), a flat-screen TV, and a traditional Alsatian wood-burning stove for cozy fires. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm), one of which has a sink, and a twin bedroom (two 90x190cm beds). There is also a bathroom with a shower (large, extra-flat shower tray), a sink, and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a spacious terrace with garden furniture/barbecue and awning, a large enclosed garden with flowers and trees, a parking area, an underground garage for bicycles, a swimming pool (shared with the owners) open from May (weather permitting) to September with sun loungers, a sandbox with toys, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, and more. Beds will be made upon your arrival, and heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay.
