Gite Velars-sur-Ouche, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-819-1188

Just 12 minutes from Dijon, in the Ouche Valley, this holiday cottage is located on the first floor of a house with several apartments, very close to the motorway exit in Velars-sur-Ouche. Access to this 6-person cottage is via a private staircase. The ground floor comprises a large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine) opening onto a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. There is also a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm bed and an en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds that can be joined together. A bathroom with a toilet is located on the landing.

(The landing has a sloping ceiling and may be narrow for taller people.)

Baby equipment is available upon request. (Cot, reducer, high chair, baby bath)
Private, fully enclosed terrace and grounds. Easy parking in front of the cottage.
