The very comfortable room has been tastefully renovated, retaining its charm and authenticity (stone walls and niches, exposed beams, etc.). The entire 45 m² cottage is on one level, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and private parking space for one vehicle. Breakfast, included in the price, is served in the owners' house, a detached home with regional character, or on their terrace overlooking the cottage garden. The setting is peaceful and verdant. You can enjoy a tour of the entire garden with the owners: approximately 400 perennials, numerous rose bushes (70), a collection of daylilies, and unusual shrubs spread over 700 m². An ideal location for sightseeing, relaxing, or enjoying sports, with numerous hiking trails nearby, including the GR7 which passes through the village, the Ouche Valley cycle route (bike storage available), the Dijon-Prenois race track (9km), a paragliding launch site, and the Chassagne Golf Course (4km). A dining area is equipped with dishes, a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee, herbal tea, and tea (cooking facilities are not available). Heating is provided by convectors and a modern pellet stove.
