In a lovely, quiet seaside residence at the end of a cul-de-sac, this 57 m² semi-detached villa, rated 2 stars and equipped with air conditioning, is the ideal place for a wonderful holiday with family or friends. Just 450 m from Nauzan Beach, the villa features a living room opening onto a 45 m² terrace, with a lounge and dining area (flat-screen TV and smart speaker), and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and pod), kettle, toaster, microwave) also opening onto the terrace. The tiled garage includes an oven and a laundry area with a washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom (queen-size bed and wardrobe), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there's a relaxation/reading area with a chaise lounge, a bedroom (one double bed and one single bed on a mezzanine), an office area with a chest of drawers, and a bathroom. A parking space is available in front of the garage. For your comfort, there is reversible air conditioning (living room and upstairs bedroom).
