Description of the accommodation

In the heart of a pretty seaside residence, in a quiet cul-de-sac, this air-conditioned, unoverlooked 2-star villa with 55 m² of living space is the ideal place for your vacation! Located in Vaux-sur-Mer, just 450 m on foot from the Nauzan beach and 700 m from the Plage du Conseil, it offers 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms for complete guest independence. The tiled terrace measures 48 m² and is ideal for meals, parties and sunbathing.
The living room opens onto the terrace, with a sitting and dining area (flat-screen TV and connected loudspeaker), and the kitchen also opens onto the terrace, with a small table and high stools (refrigerator with freezer, 2-burner vitro hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, small appliances: filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave). The oven and laundry area with washing machine are in the garage, which is clean and tiled.
Also on the first floor: a 1ʳᵉ bedroom with 160cm bed and wardrobe, a shower room (shower cubicle and vanity unit), and separate wc.
Upstairs, a rest/reading area with chaise longue, a 2ᵉ bedroom with bed 140 and mezzanine bed 90, a study area with computer screen and chest of drawers for personal effects, a bathroom (bath and washbasin).
