On the raised first floor (accessible by just 8 steps): an entrance hall with cupboard, a 26 m² living room opening onto a sea-view terrace (flat-screen TV), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge with freezer, hood, oven, induction hob, dishwasher), a small hallway leading to a 1st 14 m² bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and large cupboard opening onto a sea-view balcony, a 2nd 7.55 m² children's bedroom with 90x190 cm bunk beds and wardrobe, a separate shower room with Italian shower and vanity unit (width between shower door and vanity unit : 69 cm), separate toilet.
On the lower, semi-buried level (spiral staircase 52 cm wide), you'll find a 3rd 12 m² bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit, sanibrushed toilet and washing machine.
Parking is available in the garage at the rear of the building.
