Beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Large fitted kitchen, through which you can access the 20 m² suspended terrace via a few steps, the originality of this gîte. Thanks to this ingenious opening in the roof, treat yourself to a panoramic view of the beautiful surrounding countryside during lunch. Upstairs, 2 beautiful bedrooms: one with 2 twin 80x200 beds and the other with 1 160x200 bed. Shared courtyard with the owners. Parking. Wood heating by fireplace insert (12 hours of autonomy) and electric heating if necessary. For baby: bed, high chair, changing mat, child bath and barrier. Gîte next to the church.
Nearby: many hiking trails (the GR 7 passes in front of the house), deer bellowing in autumn, the Sources of the Seine, the beautiful villages of Salmaise, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the tourist sites of Auxois with the MuséoParc Alésia, the castle of Bussy-Rabutin. Also 30 minutes from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy.
